EYP is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to removing the financial and administrative hurdles of breast cancer. We provide advocacy, care kits, and resource navigation for all women breast cancer survivors, focusing on women of color.

"My journey with Triple Negative Breast Cancer was a fight for my life, but it also became a moment of clarity for our community. While sitting in support groups and listening to the stories of fellow survivors, I realized how quickly a diagnosis can create a financial crisis that no one is prepared for. I saw women from all walks of life, those with insurance, those without, and those in between struggling to bridge the overwhelming gap their daily bills and their survival."

"I founded EYP: Empowering Your Pink, Inc. to honor the legacy of strength my grandmother passed down to me, the same leadership and steady resilience she used as President of Makela, Inc. It is that quiet, steady resilience it takes to care for others and the unwavering commitment to making sure no one walks a difficult path alone. I am taking that executive strength and turning it into a resource for the unseen survivors.
We are here to be a partner in the healing process and an independent navigator for those the system often overlooks. Whether it’s an unexpected financial burden or a lack of specialized resources, we believe every woman deserves a clear path to recovery. At EYP, we are turning empathy into a legacy of support."
